Mapping for TeenMaptivists

Our TeenMaptivists group is not only beneficial for us, but also beneficial for the world. Our small group of students have the opportunity to mark and map places on OpenStreetMap that are unmarked. We enjoy taking the time to map these areas because we know it is helping small and large communities. Typically, for our local mapathon, we will map areas that have experienced extreme weather events and faced tragedies. By mapping these areas, we can support them and help repair the areas in need. Together, we have already mapped tasks for Women's Empowerment, Racial Equality, and will be mapping for more in the future.
